Refund Policy

All services provided by IP Group are digital and customized to each client’s project.
Clients may request a full refund if the request is made before any work on the project has started.
Once work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued partially or not at all, depending on the stage of completion.
To request a refund, clients must contact us via email with their order details and reason for the request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Payment is typically required in full before services are delivered. In some cases, partial advance payment may be accepted depending on the scope of the project.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback necessary to complete the project.
IP Group is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or missing materials from the client.
All delivered digital content is provided for the client’s agreed business use unless otherwise stated in writing.
